Fondue Box 250g - Mix of Emmental 9 months old, unpasteurised cow, Emmentaler and Gruyere 15 months old, unpasteurised cow, Fribourg. Switzerland

Sliced in a small cube, ready in a box, perfect for 2 persons sharing.

Here's some steps to make the perfect fondue at home:

Peel a clove of garlic, scrub it at the bottom of the fondue pan.

Add the cheese mix

Add a small glass of white wine

Mix everything with a wooden spoon, doing an 8 until the mix melt (it shouldn't boil)

Add some black peppercorn and a small shot kirsch brandy (cherry brandy)
