Delivery Information
Delivery & Shipment information:
Once an order is placed, we aim to acknowledge it as soon as possible from Tuesdays to Saturdays until 18.00. Subject to availability, we may acknowledge it no longer than 5 working days, in this case, we will send you an email to confirm availability and schedule delivery date.
Next Day Delivery (Nationwide only)
All our products (except cheese platters) are subject to next day delivery in order to keep the products in the best condition possible once the order has been dispatch. This is for guidance only, we are not responsible for our carrier delivery should it take longer, however if you experience unsatisfactory delivery, please inform us at hello@cheezelo.com in order to improve our third party delivery services.
Cheezelo will aim to ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for delivery next day. Cheezelo will not guarantee same day dispatch as you place your order. For example, if you place your order on Wednesday, it will be dispatched on Thursday for Friday delivery.
We will provide you with our delivery partner tracking number so you can be informed on your status of delivery.
The delivery costs are calculated at the checkout once you insert your postcode and delivery address.
Delivery in London
Same day delivery and scheduled delivery are available once checking out your cart based on your postcode and delivery address.
Pick up from the cheese shop
You can order online and come pick up the goods in our premises at 46 chalton street, london, NW1 1JB during our opening hours, please indicate the day you would like to pick up the goods, we will ensure your order will be ready, alternatively contact us at hello@cheezelo.com to arrange pick up prior placing an order, to ensure stock is available.
Delivery Prices:
Prices varies depending on your location, as well as the type of goods being ordered. For London delivery, platters costs will be higher depending on the size and quantity of platters as a car courier will be automatically selected due to the fragility.
