Sancerre Francois le Saint, Silex comes from 25 year old vines where the harvest is de-stemmed before going to the winery. Benoit and Pierre use only natural vinification and fermentation with indigenous yeasts and all the work respects the lunar calendar.

The nose brings notes of ripe pear and apple with some citrus zeste and spice. The palate brings the richness of this sancerre with a lovely freshness. The wine is remarkably aromatic, dense, rich and with a very persistent finish.

Its an outstanding wine that can pair with rich and complex dishes, the terroir is very present it’s like being in Sancerre when you try it. Will surely pair with a wide range of cheeses.
