Unpasteurised Ewe Milk, Pyrenees, France

 The first French cheese to obtain its accreditation AOC in 1925 made from ewes in South of France. Its taste is strong, salty, rich and spicy and melts in the mouth. Best to take at the end of a dinner or to use with Pasta or Salad.
