Made in the Alpine region of France, this soft ripped cheese is the perfect companion for Winter dishes, particularly known for the tartiflette recipe (oven cooked over potatoes, sliced pancetta or bacon and cream) but also other dishes or to enjoy as-is. This cheese has a distinguished sweet and fruity taste with touch of walnuts and hints of mountain wild flowers.
