With several awards won in the past years, this is definitely a cheese to add onto your basket. Yarg coming from Alan Gray reversing his name, the first farmer producing it more than 30 years ago after having found an old recipe wrapping the cheese in nettles.

Its taste is creamy with touch of fresh lemony tanginess.
