Traditionally, this was the Welsh miners' favourite cheese. Made with passion initially in Wales then in Somerset since 2014. The dairy and maker Trethowans follow a rigorous quality process, this is definitely a cheese to have on its board.

Its taste is fresh and creamy with a rich grass and earthy flavour coming at the end of it.
