The Tomme de Savoie, produced in the Rhone Alpes region of France, is another well known semi - hard cheese produced in the mountains.
Its taste varies from the seasons where cows are milked, usually it is very soft, fruity and can have flowery and more grass flavours when made in summer. It goes perfectly well on a cheese board and salad too.
Freshly cut and packed - 200g, 500g, 1kg
