Made in Norway, this slowly cooked brown cheese is made from the finest Norwegian goat’s and cow’s milk. With a firm elastic texture and a sweet taste but with a tang that is more noticeable due to the goat’s milk. This cheese has a sweet caramel and toffee flavour, it's nice to have on bread and also to melt too.
