Cecina de Leon, Cured Beef - Astorga - Spain - 100g
Made in North of Spain, by Quinones and matured and slightly smoked over 6 months. Ideal to enjoy with cheeses, tapas board or even for a Raclette party. The meat is melting under the palate with a slight nutty and olive oil taste. A great find available at Cheezelo and imported from Spain.
