Cheese & Wine Pairing Class 5th February 2020 - 19.30
In three steps, with 6 cheeses and 4 wines, you will be guided through a real sensitive journey. The aim of the tasting is for all attendees to understand how Sommeliers and Chefs pairs those two delights together!
Wines tasted are a mixed of White and Red from French & Italian small vineyard, not the usual type of wine you will find at the usual booze shop.
Cheeses paired with the wine are coming from various artisan producers in either France, Britain, Swiss, or Spain. Available at Cheezelo, you can learn many the facts about cheeses, how it's made when it was created and much more!
